Our partner projects – try them out and help us decide
Together with our partners, we're testing new ways to support your everyday learning with our 3D anatomy. Try out the pilot projects and tell us in the short surveys (about 5 minutes) what helps you. You can take part until 31 October 2026 – we're raffling off licences among all participants.
Mnemonics meet real anatomy
Meditricks combines memorable stories with medical knowledge. On Meditricks you'll now find Effigos illustrations, a linked rotatable 3D model, and a 3D presentation that connects the Meditricks characters with the anatomical structures.
Illustration, 3D view or 3D presentation: which of these actually helps you? Let us know in the short survey (about 5 minutes). Among all participants, we're raffling off a licence bundle made up of a Meditricks semester licence and an Effigos annual licence. Terms of participation and privacy information can be found in the survey.
Listen to the podcast while exploring in 3D
Situs Inversus is the preclinical podcast for medical students. For an excerpt from the episode "ANA Muskulatur Obere Extremität" we built 3D views that match what's being said. There are two formats:
- Video podcast: the excerpt with labelled 3D views as a video.
- 3D podcast: the same audio, but inside the Anatomie Explorer. You listen while rotating, zooming and steering the view yourself.
The regular episode is still available on Spotify.
Which format helps you learn best? Let us know in the short survey (about 5 minutes). Among all participants, we're raffling off a one-year licence for the Effigos Anatomie Explorer. Terms of participation and privacy information can be found in the survey.
3D flashcards to try out Pilot project
Based on the Anki cards, we created 3D flashcards: you see the 3D model with hidden labels, think it through, and reveal the answer with a click. First sample cards to try out.
Your answers help decide whether we expand the 3D flashcards. Tell us in the short survey (about 5 minutes). Among all participants we're raffling off a one-year license for the Effigos Anatomie Explorer. Terms of participation and privacy information are in the survey.
